-NVQ in Administration or Customer Service at Level 1 -Evidence of experience in an Administration/Customer Service or IT environment -An interest in working in an office environment as an Administrative Assistant -A good standard of written/spoken English and a reasonable standard of Numeracy -All applicants will be interviewed and asked to complete an initial assessment in English Language.
Duration of course:
1 Year, daytime.
Course days are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9.30am – 4.00pm.
What does it include?
Candidates must produce a portfolio of evidence based on National Business and Administrative/Customer Service Standards that have been assessed in the working environment. You will also undertake a 22 week work placement in a Business or Customer Service environment.

This programme is appropriate for anyone wishing to acquire Administration, Customer Service and IT knowledge and skills to perform competently as an Administrator. This will lead to an NVQ in Business Administration Level 2. You may be able to progress onto a Business Administration Level 3 course or employment within a Business environment.
