    This programme provides you with critical knowledge of research methods and advanced theory in criminology. The programme consists of six compulsory core units, and one or two further options.

    The core units are:

    -Researching Social Issues;
    -Socio-Legal Research: Theory and Methods;
    -Evaluating Policy and Practice;
    -Qualitative Research Methods;
    -Introduction to Statistics and Data Analysis;
    -Measures and Correlates of Crime.

    Options include, for example: Advanced Theoretical Criminology, Sociology of Law, Criminal Justice Research & Policy, and Criminological & Legal Psychology.
