Current students include middle and senior managers, administrators, lecturers and training co-ordinators, and represent a wide variety of organisations, including universities, further education colleges, police service, ambulance service, local authorities, charities and a variety of training organisations.
The MSc programme is underpinned by the concepts of the 'Educator as a Reflective Practitioner' and the 'Educator as a Researcher', enabling practitioners to examine management theory and concepts, interrogate and reflect on practice and create knowledge.
Students may make a claim for the Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL/APEL) for previously completed awards and courses with a management focus.
