Year 1
Four modules are studied: Method, Procedure and System; Public Law I (Constitutional and Administrative Law); Contract Law; and Criminal Law.
Year 2
Four modules are studied. All students take European Union Law; Torts; and Land Law. In addition, you may choose one subject drawn from: Business Management; Business Organisations and Accounts; Civil Liberties; Commercial Law; Company Law; Criminal Justice; Economics; Employment Law; Environmental Law; European Human Rights; Forensic Science; French Law; Gender and the Law; International Trade; Law of Credit and Finance; Law and Ethics; Legal Process; Penology; Politics; Public International Law; Public Law 2; Roman Law.
Year 3
Four modules are studied. All students take Trusts. In addition, you choose three modules drawn from the Year 2 list, plus: Advanced Land Law; Commercial Property Litigation; Dissertation; Evidence; Family Law; Insolvency and Bankruptcy; Intellectual Property; Jurisprudence; Medicine and the Law; Private International Law; Marketing Legal Services; Remedies in Contract and Torts; Revenue Law; Succession.
