  Entry requirements Normally you need a first degree in any discipline or have worked for at least two years in this area to the satisfaction of the admissions tutor. The international modules will interest students from China, Taiwan and India in particular. For all applicants, a good level of English is essential and it is important that international applicants have the level of English required to cope with the demands of the course. Where there are concerns about the competence in English, attendance at the TESOL Centre’s pre-session induction course may be a recommendation or requirement.

  This course addresses current corporate and legal debates and problems. You learn to present sophisticated analyses of ethical problems in management.
  
  It is for people currently working in a managerial role in law, personnel, human resources or corporate administration in public or private organisations. It helps your career prospects and gives you a strategic understanding of the modern workplace from a legal and corporate perspective.
  
  You learn how to view the connections between law and management, and decide how further research should be done. Academic theory can help clarify problems and guide solutions.
