    The programme offers the opportunity to update and extend your knowledge and understanding of educational leadership and management theory and practice. It promotes the development of creative problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities which are so important for effective leadership practice. This postgraduate degree encourages reflection on your own experience and learning about leadership and management within the education sector, as part of your professional development.
  • Entry requirements
    To be considered for this course you must normally possess: -A full BA Honours degree or equivalent from an approved university or institution, and -An English Language qualification, such as IELTS Band 6* and above, and -Experience of working in a professional education setting or education-related professional setting, and -Leadership and/or management experience (recent or established) in a professional education or education-related setting. *A score of 6.0 should be achieved in each of the four modules.
