    The Master in Management in Sustainable Business and Innovation is a truly unique, holistically driven program offering a different business paradigm for today´s young professionals. Our unique methodology ensures that you will develop the critical and design thinking skills to analyze, perform and inspire in an ever increasing volatile, uncertain, and complex business environment. However, we go one step further. While hard skills may be enough to get your foot in the door, the soft skills obtained in communication, negotiation, teamwork, and leadership are what will lift you in developing a world-class career in a company, organization, or even your own business.
    Target.
    The Master in Sustainable Business and Innovation is targeted towards students from diverse backgrounds, both cultural and academic, who aim to develop their career and skills in helping businesses and organizations to solve urgent and emerging environmental, economic, societal, and welfare global challenges.
    This joint degree program offered by EADA and Maastricht School of Management (MSM) provides the best of both worlds; a collaboration between top faculty and sustainable leadership experts in a diverse, international, and multi-cultural setting from two hotbeds of innovation in Europe, Barcelona (Spain) and Maastricht (The Netherlands).

    Programme Structure.
    The Master in Management in Sustainable Business and Innovation (60 ECTS) will boost your career opportunities by providing an appropriate balance between technical skills and soft skills.

    The curriculum consists of 16 courses and an integrative final project resulting in a total of 60 ECTS* and equivalent study load of 1800 hours.

    Admissions.
    The EADA MBA has several admission rounds, and we recommend applying for the earliest round possible, as soon as your application package is complete. You must fill out the online application form, upload all of the required documents, complete the admission test and do the interview before the deadlines listed below to be considered for an admission round.
    We recommend completing your application package on the online admissions platform 2 weeks before the admission round deadline to ensure that you have time to complete the interview and admission test.
    Applying early will ensure that candidates have ample time to complete the visa process as well as any supplementary language work required. For candidates interested in scholarships, we strongly recommend applying to the first or second admission rounds.
    After the last admission round deadline, EADA will have a rolling admission policy, and any remaining places will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
    EADA Foundation.
    The EADA private university Foundation is a non-profit making institution set up in Barcelona in 1984 that falls under the Generalitat de Catalunya Protectorate and gives continuity to the Executive Education project initiated in 1957 by Mr Arturo Alsina and Mrs Irene Vázquez founders of EADA Business School in Barcelona (Escuela de Alta Dirección y Administración).
    Board of trustees of the EADA Foundation.
    The Board of trustees is the top governing body of the Foundation and represented on it are the different stakeholder groups that make up the EADA Business School community: entrepreneurs, managers of associated companies, business administration professionals, experts in management training, alumni from the Master-MBA Community, etc.
