    Leadership and management of educational organisations is a key priority for development in national and local educational systems. This programme has an international and futures orientation, examining the theory and practice of educational leadership and management in the context of globalisation and the development of knowledge economies. As education becomes increasingly set within the context of wider developments, a keynote of the programme is the development of inter-agency professional practice in the development of effective learning.

    Content

    The programme consists of core and optional courses. The final element of the programme is a dissertation.
