  • Course description
    Course Description:

This is a postgraduate/post-experience course designed to equip students with knowledge of issues and techniques related to the management and operation of modern ports and ships.

The degree scheme has much in common with the MSc programmes in International Transport and Marine Policy and offers a shipping/port-focused choice of courses. However, there is no requirement to submit a dissertation.

Students often choose to follow the Diploma because of time constraints, as it can be completed in 9 months of full-time study rather than the year required for the MSc.

    Special Feature:

        * It is widely recognised world-wide as an academic qualification for those employed in the port and shipping industries.
