    Course modules
    The following Postgraduate Certificates are available:

    -Landscape Archaeology
    -Planning and Management of Archaeological Projects
    -Archaeology of Standing Buildings
    -Interpretation and Presentation of the Archaeological Heritage
    -Classical Landscapes

    To obtain a Postgraduate Certificate, students must satisfactorily complete the module in the relevant subject area and undertake a mini-dissertation related to the subject of the module.

    Teaching and assessment methods
    The course is taught entirely by distance learning. Each module is assessed by two assignments which test a range of skills. Students must satisfactorily complete the module before being allowed to proceed to the 7,000 word mini-dissertation
