    The Diploma is taught part-time over one or two years and consists of four units covering the main disciplines of marketing.

    This module covers the concepts, techniques and models involved in developing a detailed understanding of:
    -External: the market, customers and competitive environment 
    -Internal: the organisation, its capabilities and assets, the opportunities available to it and its current performance

    Strategic Marketing Decisions

    Module 2

    The ‘strategy’ module 


    This module covers the concepts, techniques and models involved in formulating a customer-focussed, competitive business or corporate strategy and developing a specific and differentiated competitive position. This includes investment decisions affecting marketing assets.

    Managing Marketing Performance

    Module 3

    The ‘implementation’ module

    This module covers the implementation stage of the strategy. This encompasses:
