  • Objectives Real Estate Management concerns the way in which land is managed both as a financial asset and as a resource for occupiers. This course is ideal if you aim to become a general practice surveyor and specialise in the valuation of property or commercial investment management, or if you want to move into investment agency work. The programme is fully accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and provides the first step on the path to becoming a professional chartered surveyor.
  • Entry requirements Entry Requirements -a degree (level 6) in an Early Years subject or a degree (level 6) in any subject plus a level 3 qualification in an Early Years subject -a GCSE grade C in English and Maths -a current Criminal Records Bureau clearance -recent and considerable experience across whole 0-5 years age range
