  • Course description With the increasing complexity of the Inland Revenue legislation most companies now run computerised payrolls.

    This comprehensive course covers  the essential requirements of running a payroll.  Entering employee details (P45, tax codes, NI etc.), setting up basic pay, overtime rates, bonus payments.  Processing payroll on either a monthly or weekly basis.  Printing out essential reports and payslips, dealing with Statutory Sick Pay, Car and Fuel Benefits.  

     

    Year end routines, producing P35, P14's and P60's and finally running the year end process.

     

    Actual forms from the Inland Revenue are used throughout the course so that students become familiar with the practicalities of running a payroll.


    This course will make running a payroll easy and fun! Increase your chances of getting a job in an accounts department by studying both Sage Line 50 Accounts and Sage Payroll.
