A new generation of Graphics Designers and Illustrators are working with Letterpress to produce contemporary and innovating design work. Letterpress has a unique visual and tactile impact and has re-emerged as a potent print medium.
The course will cover the basic principles of Letterpress printing. You will explore composing both metal and wood type and have the opportunity to develop your own designs and print them on a Stephenson Blake proofing press.
