Course description
We offer a range of Qualifying Law Degrees (QLDs) which give you the option to specialise in a specific area of law, including business, entertainment and taxation, each of which lead to challenging and exciting career opportunities.

You will embark on your career with the advantage of work experience (which could also count against the time you spend as a trainee Solicitor) and the edge that you gain as a candidate who offers more than the standard legal training.
Specialise in Business Law
Like all our LLBs, LLB (Hons) Business Law is a Qualifying Law Degree.
This course recognises that every aspect of the broad and facinating area of business can have legal implications and that employers look for skills such as commercial awareness, initiative, and communication. There is also an emphasis on developing personal and professional skills useful in a wide range of situations, such as presentation, analytical, written, project management and research skills.
Flexibility
If you decide that you would like to specialist in a different area of law, its not too late - we have designed our degrees to allow you to choose after your first year.
