This course develops a range of skills and understanding enabling employees to effectively manage and maintain supplier relationships. The course looks at the importance to organizations of maintaining good relationships with suppliers, and how these relationships can be mutually beneficial. The course introduces a range of procedures and techniques for building, managing and maintaining productive supplier relationships.
