    Aims and Objectives

    A two day course to build on knowledge gained from the Basic Ultrasound Course. Providing a comprehensive review of regional musculoskeletal ultrasound. Emphasis is on diagnosis and differential diagnosis of musculoskeletal pathology and the pitfalls of interpretation. The faculty will consist primarily of consultants in clinical rheumatology. Opportunities to assess patients during the practical sessions of the programme.

    Who should attend

    Consultant rheumatologists, SpRs in rheumatology and allied health professionals who have attended the BSR Basic Ultrasound Course and regularly use ultrasound.

    N.B. Delegates must have previously attended a Basic Ultrasound Course and regularly carry out scanning within their day-to-day work.
