    The courses include:

    CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership plus NVQ Level 4 in Management - for line managers in an operational role
    CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership plus NVQ Level 5 in Management - for middle and senior managers involved in tactical/policy roles and/or strategy formulation.

    You will gain a nationally-recognised qualification which can lead to a wide range of middle/senior management roles.
