To provide the pathophysiological knowledge that underpins complementary therapies To provide the scientific knowledge to underpin professional skills To meet the educational, and academic requirements of students interested in expanding previous knowledge and/or providing knowledge that can support further study in complementary medicine
This programme is aimed at students who already have recognised complementary therapy training. It is aimed at those who wish to study the theoretical perspectives underpinning their practice in order to consolidate that knowledge to gain overall understanding of complementary therapies, within modern health care, to further their practice opportunities.
