You will normally need: * a minimum of three years’ relevant managerial or professional experience, together with a good degree (or GPA equivalent); or * a relevant postgraduate/post-experience qualification from a recognised university or college; or * a professional qualification that is regarded as equivalent to a degree, from an approved and recognised body. Applicants whose first language is not English must also demonstrate that their level of English is high enough to study at postgraduate level, by achieving a score in a recognised test such as: * IELTS level 6.5 – with a minimum of 6 in reading and writing. * TOEFL score of 575 or above (paper-based), or 233 or above (computer-based), or 90 or above (internet-based). • Course description
     MBA
Accredited by the Association of MBAs (AMBA)

The MBA (specialism in Entrepreneurship and Enterprise) is designed to satisfy the increasing demand worldwide for effective professional managers. Our aim is to prepare you for the challenges of senior management.

Supported by specialist staff from Oxford Brookes Business School’s Enterprise Centre, this course combines the best of a general MBA with further specialist knowledge in the area of entrepreneurship. It is equally attractive to students who already have a background in entrepreneurship and the small- and medium-sized enterprise (SME) sector, and to those with a more limited knowledge of the subject area. You will find the course of particular relevance if you are hoping to set up your own business or to build entrepreneurial flair into a larger organisation.

This specialism can be taken with the full-time or executive modes of study offered on the core MBA programme. All managerial specialisms include an elective programme and dissertation or consultancy in your chosen area, but the degree title remains MBA.
