CMI Strategic Diploma in Leadership and Management The normal entry requirement is a first degree or an equivalent professional qualification. Applicants without a degree but with significant appropriate work experience may be eligible.

A number of general management courses are available for those already operating at various levels within an organisation and for those who aspire to such roles.
Course structure
The courses include:
CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership plus NVQ Level 4 in Management - for line managers in an operational role CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership plus NVQ Level 5 in Management - for middle and senior managers involved in tactical/policy roles and/or strategy formulation.
